1:1 Yoga Sessions

When you book a private yoga session with me, you’ll first complete a short intake form so I can understand what brings you to yoga and how I can best support you. In our first session, we’ll review your form together and talk about how you’re feeling in both mind and body. Before every session, I’ll check in with you — so our practice is always tailored to your needs in the moment.

Each session begins with grounding, followed by breath awareness and intention setting. We’ll move through asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), and close with a restorative pose designed to reset the nervous system. Every private session is tailored to your unique needs — for some, stillness can feel unsettling, so we may focus more on somatic practices and movement. Wherever you are in your practice, I will meet you there and support you on your spiritual path

I offer 1:1 yoga sessions both on Zoom and in person. You can book a 60- or 90-minute session, with packages available for multiple sessions.

In-person sessions can take place at your South Orange County location outdoors at the beach or park, depending on availability and comfort’

1:1 Silver Yoga

When booking a Silver Yoga session, you’ll be asked to complete an intake form so I can understand what brings you to yoga and how I can best support you. In our first meeting, we’ll review the form together. Each time we meet, I’ll check in to see how you’re feeling in both mind and body. This ongoing feedback helps me tailor each session to best support you in our work together.

Similar to a regular yoga session, there will be asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork to regulate energy), restorative yoga, and meditation, if suitable. Please note, Silver Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice — you will move and build strength, but the focus is on safety, stability, and overall well-being rather than high-intensity “power yoga.” Pranayama and asana will help improve balance, mobility, and focus, while supporting the body through the natural changes of aging.

We’ll work on easing stiffness, relieving aches, and building strength to enhance daily activities and maintain independence. I will always meet you where you are in your practice and am honored to support you on your journey toward greater vitality, ease, and self-connection.

Yoga for the Pelvic Floor

When booking a pelvic floor yoga session, you’ll complete an intake form so I can learn what brings you to yoga and how I can best support you.

In our first meeting, we’ll review it together. Before each session, I’ll check in to see how you’re feeling in both mind and body. This ongoing feedback helps me tailor our work to best support your needs.

Pelvic floor yoga is a mindful, intentional practice centered on the seat of creation — the pelvis. In these sessions, you’ll learn about the anatomy of the pelvic floor and how it’s influenced by movement and breath. We’ll explore habitual body and breathing patterns, moving through asana (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathwork) to restore balance and function. Together, we’ll also examine the connection between the jaw and the pelvic floor, and tune into the energetic body by working with apana vayu — the downward-flowing energy. Depending on your comfort level, chanting may be included as part of this deep, healing journey to help regulate and revitalize the body.
